"Friday Morning with Nir" - Julis, a Love Story

A few years ago, the stars aligned for me, and I was offered the opportunity to manage the community center in the village of Julis. Those were four wonderful years during which I learned about values and family, about honor and pride stemming from modesty and humility, and about special, talented, and exceptionally wise people with huge hearts.

I get excited to visit Julis every time, and meeting the people there reinforces the feeling that I've come home.

Join me for a tour of the village—we will wander through the alleys, experience the special character and atmosphere, visit interesting places, and meet fascinating people. This is a walking tour, approximately 3 km in total, with an easy difficulty level.

Price: 180 NIS, 160 NIS for each additional person in the same registration. The tour price includes a Druze breakfast at Noor Restaurant, as well as the entrance fees to the Druze Heritage House and Almona Gardens. We will also visit the tomb of Sheikh Amin Tarif, the tomb of Sheikh Ali Fares, and other sites in the village.

The tour is in Hebrew, and participants arrive in private cars.
