Tomorrow (29.3) is Good Friday

Good Friday (or Great Friday, Passion Day, Holy Friday) marks the crucifixion of Jesus, on Last Friday of the "Holy Week" before Easter. The Holiday marks the day Jesus was crucified on Golgotha (Calvary) Hill in Jerusalem.

Good Friday is one of the Easter events, celebrated the day after "Holy Thursday" (where the Last Supper was held). Easter is one of the main holidays in the Christian liturgical year.

In Old English the word "good" also means: "holy", and this is the meaning of his name today among English speakers (same meaning also in Hebrew, For example: "Good Day" means "Holiday").
